Maryland Historic Preservation Grants
Used for acquisition, rehabilitation, or restoration of historic properties listed in or eligible for listing in the Maryland Register of Historic Places. Non-profits and local jurisdictions are eligible. Grants range from $20,000 average to $50,000 maximum ($75,000 max. for eligible municipalities). 50-50 matching grant (match may include cash and in-kind services). Must convey easement on property to MHT prior to receipt of funds.
