National Preservation Loan Fund
Below-market rate loans up to $350,000 to non-profit organizations and public agencies for creation or expansion of local and statewide preservation revolving loan funds, for site acquisition, for rehabilitation work, and for pre-development activities. The goal is to help preserve properties listed in or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places.
