Utility Benefit and Allocation Charge Assistance
In order to assist in the PEP initiative, the Utilities Department will offer two free EDUs per property, valued at $13,800, if the existing water and wastewater allocation is not sufficient enough to accommodate the proposed needs of the property. Additionally, any EDUs that are required to meet the design needs of the building, may be financed for a period of up to five years at 0% interest.
