Parking Program Fee Reductions
This incentive would provide one year of free parking and four years with a 50% reduction in permit fees for tenants of eligible projects to park in City public parking facilities. This incentive would be limited to one per unit for residential projects and up to five for each non-residential project. Existing off-street parking is deducted from the eligible amount, and this benefit would not be transferable.
