DESCRIPTION The Barbara Ingram School for the Arts is a regular high school for 300 students, it provides a specialized program for students with specific interest and talent in the arts. This project began over four years ago when Mr. Vincent Groh made the generous donation of the former Henry’s Theatre on Potomac Street to create a school in honor of his late wife. The school offers four specialized programs for high school students, grades 9-12: music (instrument/vocal), theatre, dance, and visual arts. A general program is also offered for students desiring to participate in all four specialized offerings.
